Google API Services

BuilderHelp's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

When you connect your Google account, we may access the following data depending on the features you enable:

• Gmail (read-only): We scan your inbox for invoice-related emails and PDF attachments to automatically extract invoice data for your financial records. We do not read, store, or process any email content unrelated to invoices.
• Google Calendar (read-only): We read your calendar events to display them alongside your project schedule within BuilderHelp. We do not modify, delete, or create calendar events.

How We Use Google Data

• Invoice data extracted from Gmail attachments is stored in your BuilderHelp account for financial tracking
• Calendar events are cached temporarily to display in the BuilderHelp calendar view
• We do not use Google user data for advertising, market research, or any purpose unrelated to providing BuilderHelp's core functionality
• We do not share Google user data with third parties except as required to provide the Service

Data Retention & Revocation

You may disconnect your Google account at any time from your BuilderHelp account settings. Upon disconnection, we stop accessing your Google data and delete cached tokens. Previously extracted invoice data remains in your account unless you request its deletion. You can also revoke access directly from your Google Account permissions.

8. Cookies and Tracking

We use cookies and similar tracking technologies to track activity on our website and store certain information. You can instruct your browser to refuse all cookies or indicate when a cookie is being sent.
